My vehicles storage cost at R52000 because Miway has not released my vehicle from Panel Beater.

My Claim was rejected by Miway and I lodged a dispute which was also declined on the basis of balance of probabilities. The case is with the Ombudsman now but the panel beater refuses to hand the vehicle over to me as it was never released to me by Miway. The Panel Beater told me that the storage cost incurred is around R52000 now. I have sent an email to Miway representatives Thepiso, Itumeleng and Rhulani, I even sent a complaint to *** but no body calls or responds to my complaint. The cars storage costs are going up and Miway has not released the car to me. which means I will be liable to the high storage costs should I lose the case with Miway. Can Miway settle the storage costs with the Panel Beater and release the car to me as it is their fault that the storage costs are seating at R52 000.
