My Vehicle still had some defects from the previous repairer
My Vehicle still had some defects from the previous repairer. Upon escalation the car was fixed. Ona did very well in handling our claim. He constantly communicated with me and my wife, gave us regular updates on the service provider's progress and what he is doing on his side to make sure we get our car on time before our road trip
