My vehicle standing at Farber coachworks for 5 months but i pay for insurance for more than 10 years

To make matters worse, the panel beaters who were supposed to fix my car haven't started working on it for five months since January 16th. My car has been sitting at Farber Coach Works in Montague Gardens this entire time. What kind of panel beater keeps someone's car for this long? The insurance company isn’t following up either. It feels like a bad movie. They must just keep my car; I don’t think I can drive it again. I have been paying for insurance since 2014, and this is how I am treated? I am sick to my stomach.
