My vehicle had broken down late one evening at a very high risk area and I had to get both myself and my vehicle out of the area. I had changed my phone and did not have Miway contact number and I contacted my mechanic to have me and my vehicle moved out immediately. Within fifteen minutes I was assisted and had to pay cash for the towing . I obtained an invoice from the towing services and submitted to Miway to assist me if they would reimburse me . Without hesitation the call centre advised me that I should have got authorisation first before obtaining a service provider but would assist. Within a space of two days I had submitted my claim with the invoice and was reimbursed to my surprise . I am very grateful for their consideration and professionalism , the speedy response to my request and a satisfying result . I am very grateful to have chosen to insure with Miway.
