My tyre burst yesterday, and I had to log a call for help on the app. As soon as I requested for an agent to call me back, they did. They listened and advised which option to take. I received help less than 30 minutes after getting off the phone. I was pleased with the tow truck gentleman sent to help me. He was friendly and patient. Thank you.
