My truck jack-knifed on the 8th of October 2022 and until now, i have not been helped but they have made the assessment on the truck already and found no fault on it, i have comp**** in time but they still haven't done anything to get my truck back on the road while they are to assess the trailer i rented on a side that is not insured with them. They just taking their time but expecting a premium to be paid come month end with already 2 weeks gone without work on my side, it's so frustrating to pay so much just to be delayed at the time of need. 😡😡
