My sticker champ!!!!

I am a new customer who struggled with obtaining "Do not tow" stickers from the insurance. I know it probably sounds silly but it was virtually impossible to obtain these since the vehicle inspection centres are no longer performing that duty due to COVID-19 restrictions. A client is now supposed to perform their inspection using the MiWay app, but no provision is made for a client to receive these stickers in a timely manner. I initially called and an agent who helped me informed me that those will be couriered to me, a week later I had received nothing. I called again, and this is the reason for the 5-star rating.

This rating is for a dedicated Miway agent by the name of Faith Mothwa who went out of their way to personally deliver these stickers to me, at their own cost and time. This very important process, which has been neglected can lead to a client ending up with a huge towing bill if they are in an accident and are unable to decide who tows their car. But I was fortunate enough to come across this agent who understood the importance and urgency of this matter and made sure to get the necessary stickers to me as soon as they could. And I am happy client because of you and thank you again!!!!
