My sister and I were travelling from Johannesburg to Rustenburg when the car began giving us trouble and overheating that we had to stop in a dark remote area. Kwandile Khanyile called immediately to assist with arranged for a tow truck and our safe arrival. She called regularly, always checked if we were safe and communicated effectively, right up until we got home safely. At no point were we left wondering what the progress was. She was amazing!
