My Policy... MY WAY

I called into the MiWay call center to add a new vehicle to my portfolio. My call was received by Anathi Ndum-Ndum, who from the start of the call was friendly, polite and gave me a sense that she was willing to assist. She was very helpful and when necessary, she referred me to other departments and called back later to make sure I was well assisted. She managed to alter my policy and worked out a premium that beat most of the premiums I was quoted with other service providers. Long story short, I'm certain my decision to choose and stay with MiWay for the past years has been the best. Thank you Anathi once again for living the values of what your organization stands for!
