My policy came up for annual review. I spoke to their client representative, Busisiwe Mabizela. She is knowledgeable, professional and posseses a sense of humour. She was able to offer me a tailored, cost effective insurance solution. MiWay could unfortunately not offer adequate cover for my mint condition, classic Ford Granada. Their system indicates it's value as R6000 and this is cast in stone. Their needs to be a way for a client to negotiate an agreed value for special case vehicles.
