My patience is UP!!!! One red star is too much!!!
I have a 3rd party claim at miway. First they said 10days then it was 7days. I have send numerous emails to the complaints department with absolutely no response. Why does Miway have a complaints department?? You don't get a response from them anyway WAIST OF TIME!!! The consultant that's handeling my claim is Kubeshnee Naidoo. I have send her numerous emails also with no response. And if I do get a response it's a snoppy reply that she just highlights from previous emails.
THANK GOODNESS I'M NOT INSURED WITH MIWAY!!!

Beware, lastest gimmic. When trying to cancel your policy. They try to conserve you by refering to Hello Peter and all the amazing reviews they have compared to other insurance companies. In the end once they have conserved the client they put you through to a consultant that helps them to log into Hello Peter to write a review on their service. Know I know how they get all their great reviews.

In the end once they have conserved the client they put you through to a consultant that helps them to log into Hello Peter to write a review on their service. 22 Jun 2021, 08:15I got feedback on my 3rd party claim. They will only pay 60% of the claim because I am guilty to! But their client reversed into my car!!!!!!!! What a bunch of *****'S!!!!!
I WANT 100% ON MY CLAIM AND I WILL KEEP ON FIGHTING.
