My Outstanding Service Award goes to Innocentia Kgano

My relationship with Miway started in 2013, I have never insured with any other company except Miway, simple because of their service. However off lately I had been very unhappy with the company to an extent that I was ready to move to another company, and my last experience did really support my move of finding another insurance.

However things changed when I had an incident which I felt was unfairly treated by a Miway associate who handled my claim as well as the accessor involved. I had been sent from pillar to post being called by number of people who had empty promises, until I felt it was time for me to logged complain. The day I emailed my complaint the same afternoon I received a call from Innocentia Kgano, who had little knowledge with my matter that made things worse I was so upset to a point that I told her that she must leave everything I am cancelling the insurance with Miway, calmly as I remember her words she kept on apologising profusely and requested that I grant her an opportunity to investigate and get to a bottom of the matter, I was not interested in whatever she was saying as I’ve had number of people calling me and leaving me with empty promises.

Innocentia kept her word from the time she handled my matter, I felt as if she was holding my hand throughout. Her constant updates even if she had a feedback that was not acceptable to me she did not give up, for something that could have taken few days it ended up dragging for weeks, just because of some people’s incompetence. But Innocentia vowed resolved my matter which I think even when she went home my matter gave her sleepless nights, during the process I knew around 17h00 I will receive a call from Innocentia giving me whatever update she has at the time, sometimes it was just to tell me that she is still waiting for a response, that humbled me.

Innocentia I just want to say thank you so much for your Excellent service even the word excellent is an understatement, you do your work with diligence your attitude and manner of approach is out of this world, keep up the good work Miway owe you for my loyalty my decision to remain as a customer for Miway is because of your service. May your wonderful work go without notice you are a true assets for Miway never give up such amazing work.
