My new car damaged with windscreen replacement

Miway had my windscreen replaced last week by My Glass at the convenience of my home. They replaced the windscreen very nicely, only to put a nice dent from their elbow on my cars' roof. They came to look after I complained and denied it was them. It still left a skin print in the dent. I know my car well and it's still new. I phoned Miway only to have them hand me to this one and that one and to say I have to put in a claim? Why? My Glass damaged my vehicle and they should be responsible for the damage replacing my windscreen. Haven't heard again from My Glass or even Miway. Nobody cares, nobody has the audacity to follow up. Nobody is bothered. And I paid R1230 excess to have my car damaged. Very disappointed. But they are very happy to take my money!
