My name is Nobuhle Zito, I have a home contents cover with Miway insurance and I had filed a claim for my broken Tv on the 16th of April helped by Thato Nkosi , a technician arrived on the 12 of May to look at the TV and on the spot said that it cannot be fixed and that he will recommend that we get a new TV , I have tried to communicate with people from Miway and I was told the girl who was handling my claim is now on leave and the claim is now being handled by Tshepo who I have left countless messages to which none have been returned My claim reference is C***
