My name is Ashwin Singh. I had a breakdown with my vehicle and contacted Miway for assistance. My call was answered in seconds after going through the voice prompts. The agent Haniph Nkuna assisted me with ease. While I was on the the line he dispatched the towing service to my location. Within 20 mins I was greeted by Fanele, the tow truck driver . He got my car on the tow truck within minutes and got me to the machanic safely. I was very impressed but the service of Haniph from the call centre and Fanele, the tow truck driver. Haniph Nkuna was kind enough to call me back to find out if I was safe and if all went well . Thank you Miway and your team for excellent service
