My mother, mrs CP Kapp changed her insurance to MiWay

My mother, mrs CP Kapp changed her insurance to MiWay. She is 80 years old and the person at MiWay asked her to take her vehicle in to a certain place where it can be inspected. She mentioned it to me and I immediately took matters into my own hands seeing that I had to do the same a few months back with 2 of my vehicles.
