My money was debited...

My money was debited twice without my permission when asking was referred to my brocker and my brocker was referred to me.. Underwritten by Msure but not disclosed still called miwarranty when called them they referred me to Msure and Msure refferd me to my way. Msure ended up willing to pay R2000 to car care clinic after reading my contract Ive realised they need to pay R11000 when reporting this to Miway they've just brushed it off.The lady I've spoken to last week she was rude to me when I complained about all the heart ache caused by miway...it looks like miway has lots of clients maybe it's time for me to leave she said maybe 🤔
