My money gone for a non delivery service

I would like to edge the members of the public to refrain and or be careful of giving their money to non-delivery service!<br> <br> I was on first for women insurance all along and had a good services with my claims being attended, until an agent from Miway insurance called me and promised me heaven and earth and made me cancel my first for women policy, because i was convinced that it is by far the best insurance and have been telling my friends and colleagues that I am with the best insurance, one of my colleagues told me that miway is very ****py and I didn't want to believe her until i had a problem my car broke and I was left frustrated, I have been paying them my hard earned money for over a year and now that I have a claim hidden clauses that were never presented to me come up. Why did i pay them my money if I'm going to end up frustrated without a car. At the moment I am still waiting for car service city to tell me whats wrong with my car, miway is not even willing to follow up and see how can they help me while i do not have a car, they did debit money(which they just increased) on the 18th of December for a car that I do not have and they are not willing to help.
