My First Insurance claim with Miway

i recently had a reason to call into miway and submit my first ever claim against my insurance with them.

i was expecting this to be a long winded and painful process as we hear from so many people and stories however I can confidently say that contrary to that.

The level and quality of service I received both from MiWay as a insurance provider and the consultant who assisted me (Judith Maluleke) was fantastic, quick and easy.

no mess, no fuss, no time wasting and alot of focus on getting it done right so i can focus on my day today without the worry and stress around the claim.

a definite 10/10 for customer service and quality of service
