My father was involved in a car accident (with my car) on 27 November 2024. I received excellent service from the moment I called in to report the accident. The consultants were empathetic, understanding, patient, and extremely helpful. My car was towed, and my claim process was seamless. I truly appreciate Miway and will definitely rejoin when I get a new car.
