My experience with road side assistance after my gearbox packed up and left me stranded at a shopping mall parking area, to be very quick, friendly and all who assisted was caring. The company Cape Road Assist, staff member Alvino Agulhas was even showing care about not disrupting the other shoppers as he assisted me.
