My experience with Miway gets a 3 star rating due to constant delays getting to speak to a service agent and also my premium has now nearly doubled because of a change I made. So you're no longer the most cost effective option for me. The agent I eventually got to speak to gets a 5 star rating due to friendly, efficient, professional service. Well done Lindiwe Maseko.
