My experience went smoothly until payout for the money was the issue...I had to constantly email but no reply from my own Claims handler in I had to send messages but everyone kept saying they'll escalate to this one and that one.....until one particular consultant actually took the time to actually follow up with me he or she is not even my claims handler but she took the time to email me and tell me the money has been paid out etc etc.... I just want to thank Nkele Molele for her efforts man and say it was such a good experience dealing with you I come from this line of work I know exactly what you go through so big up to you and what you did for me I really really do appreciate it
