My experience was very efficient and helpful, the agent that helped me made sure he provided assistance where he possibly could. He checked up on me to make sure everything was good. Even though the service in itself was excellent I was very disappointed that I had to pay an additional amount for the tow truck. I feel this is something I should have been told when I was joining not when I’m stuck.
