My drain was blocked so I called MiWay Home Assist to get it sorted. I had the conversation on WhatsApp and received a call 2 minutes later from Thabiso advising they'd get someone out to me. The plumber was at my house 15 minutes later and sorted the drain in 5 minutes. A messy situation that could have had me stressed and frustrated, but I was smiling the whole time at how efficient the entire process was.
