My dilema with Myway insurance

I last wrote a review about my debacle with Myway that took the towtruck guy words and did pay the claim, am fine with that even though am not, but am sitting with the problem here that, they had towed the car to their assessment center, after they said i should fix my car i asked them to bring it back, they bring the car back with the electrical cables ******, actually **********, i contacted the guy by the name of Justice he said i should get quote and sent it to him, so i did, but now it 2 weeks no response, when i email him i get automatic email reply that he's on leave, the funny part about the automatic reply is, it dated 08/4/2019 to 29/05/2019, while we in 2021, joke of the century for me, kkkk, now i have to fix my car at cost of R10500 because that's the quote i got from Audi, seems like they only interested on getting money but not ready to give back when necessary, very sad
