My debit date is the 1st of each month

My debit date is the 1st of each month. Omar h myway raised a debit on my bank account on the 25th of which I get paid on the 27th of each month. This created a negative bal on my bank account because there are no funds as yet. The bank charges raised to R400. Spoke to Khanyisile, who promise to repay the charges as soon as she receives my statement to verify. Statement will be emailed tomorrow and I'm putting myway to a test to see if they will keep to their word of paying the charges because the system problems. Khanyi was very helpful. Thanks
