My claims representative was MARC MALEKING. The service I received from MARC , the manner in which he handled my claim with regards to my ****** cell phone was excellent. From the day I spoke to him notifying him that my cell phone was ****** till the claim was settled - it took about 5 working days - and the payment was sorted out .
