My claim process was very easy and efficient, the claims department called me the very next day when I requested a call back , an assessor was quickly appointed and mobile assessment is already completed, my claim was approved without any hassles and since this was my first time ever going through a claim process Olga really kept me updated and was very patient with me … I am really happy to be insured with MIway … and I am very pleased for Olga to handle my claim.
