My claim process and experience was smooth sailing. Miway kept me in the loop with regards to my vehicle repair status and executed my request to have the vehicle checked for any unseen damage. This was my 1st claim ever since joining the Miway family and I am so glad that I rejected the 1000's of calls I received from their competitors who wanted me to jump the ship and join them for a mere R100 difference. I can today claim that Miway lived up to their name and that they can count on my continuous support. A great thumbs up to Miway.
