I am writing to formally express my frustration with the unacceptable delay in processing my case on the subject line, I have also attached my follow up emails. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution.

My Case Number: C*** (M***) Current Status: Still pending with no clear timeline I’m extremely disappointed with Miway and the legal department. My case has been delayed for almost 5 years with no clear response. I expect professional service, but this delay is unacceptable. Can someone take responsibility and resolve this immediately?
