My car wouldn't start and I needed to tow it to the nearest dealership
My car wouldn't start and I needed to tow it to the nearest dealership. I spoke to Samantha Becorley who helped me get it towed within 30mins and because of her efficiency, everything was resolved same day. She was so professional and kind. Understood my situation and spoke to me with respect. Made me feel heard and that everything is going to be okay. So grateful for such a lovely experience with her. Thank you Sam.
