My car was tempered with AT panel beaters !!!

I am a customer of Miway since 2009. I am highly disappointed in the lack of response from miway in sorting out my issue. I was involved in an accident in late January 2015. my claim was accepted my car was collected the next day to be taken to their appointed panel beaters Kempton mudguard. my car stayed inthat workshop the entire month. I was told it would be done by 6 March. it was not. they called me the week after this date to ask me if I got an sms telling me to come collect my car which was not the case. now upon collecting my car I found that my car radio and dash board is broken. I called miway who told me to go back to panelbeater and report this . they looked at the radio and told me that they don't work inside the car at all. they said I should take the car to a radio workshop that they work with. I called miway to tell them this and laid this complaint. the assessor Charles called me to say we can go on Friday 2 weeks ago to the panel beater, I never heard from him. my car radio was working and dashboard had no issue. I bought this car n December 2014 and it was serviced then. when u start my car it is no longer the same as before when u start the engine.
