my car was left uninsured

Good day, last year 2014 December 5th, I had an accident in which, I made a claim to miway to report the accident that took place, miway then made arrangements for me to meet with the assessor, Mr. J.Aucamp who assessed my case and promised to fix all that need to be fixed, later on after he made the investigation he called me to inform me that my funds was reversed can I please try to find out from the bank what could have been the reason, I then ran to Mokopane Fnb to check what could have been the problem, the bank revisited they documents to find out what had happened to my insurance payment, then they the bank found out the reversed the wrong amount but the right insurance company which was budget insurance, the bank then send miway all the proof that the assessor wanted in order to give me the feedback on the matter to my surprise<br> , miway said no because I signed the documents, I've kindly asked Mr.J.Aucamp that am I being blamed for the error that the bank made, he said there is nothing he can do, I was advised by Mr.jAucamp to write a dispute to the office and I did about 2 or 3 weeks ago and nothing and no one gave me any feed back, until now am being treated like dirt
