My car was involved in an accident on the 29th April 2021, and if submitted the claim on the same day. A week after they've decided to come back to me with the feedback that they have approved the claim and the car is booked for the 28th June for panelbeating. To my understanding and the work experience that I have you should update the client with every situation being good or bad so I wouldn't have waisted my money on phone Bills calling Miway Insurance and they take me from dept A - Z without getting the right information. My assigned consultant was Mzwakhe Mathebula, later it was handed to thier legal dept and assigned to Thuso Mudau who advised that he will call the third party to pay for the access amount of R6 500. Guess what?..He never came back to me even today after 3 weeks after our last conversation. I do not have the funds to pay for the access amount needed at the moment and because of we are not the one's that are on fault or who caused the accident. I would like the Miway legal department to go ahead and get the 3rd party to pay for that access amount. Thank you in advance taking this matter into consideration. Regards: Phumzile Lekubu
