My car switched off on the road and I logged a request on my app for towing assistance

My car switched off on the road and I logged a request on my app for towing assistance. 2mins was enough and I got called to be checked where I was and if am I safe or should they send someone to be with me while the towing truck is on its way. I mean even with the towing truck making its way to me was just literally within 4mins and it arrived. I’m so happy with the service and the customer service I got.. No panic mode whatsoever because I felt safe.
