My car problem

I ve got problem which is not yet fixed by miway insurance about my car, I did speak to them about my sunroof they told me they gonna send assessor from miway side nothing happened, because last week Thursday tebogo seletisha of Miway send me his messages which was written about my sunroof is not part of incident which is not, my car sunroof was opened during horrible incident after incident when breakdown truck arrived I try to closed my sunroof it didn't closed properly due to accident when I check it was not aligned, I reported to panel betting which miway refer my car to them nou the is different story to them when they have to fix my car, and after accident I did go to the company of the car that caused accident the give me their details even insurance name and their policy number they accept to me that their drive was wrong my problem is why miway can fix my car according to standard, I want miway to fix my car, I pay miway every month since from 2010 nou the can fix my car after long history with them I m very disappointed, I even struggle with panel bitter nou my car bumper the is no cover even wipper cover, I was there by Volkswagen to told that bumper of mine that they put it is after market, for me I can say people who don't have insurance they are good because they don't have stress
