My car keys were locked inside the car and Ms. Ndou reassured me that help will be dispatched to the area I was at. It didn't even take an hour to receive help even though locksmith couldn't assist. He was also very polite and helpful and assured me that I would be assisted by fetching my spare key from my mom to where I was and Mr. Andile from locksmith made sure that the key was delivered before 10pm. The service I got with MiWay and locksmith was beyond my expectations and they make you feel loved, cared and mostly were empathetic and made me calm.
