My car is "kidnapped"

Ok, on the 7th of April 2023 I experienced my very first car accident which frustrated me to the core but Miway was responsive and quick to assist and approve my claim. With a car hire for 45 days, I continued with my daily routines with no worries until the 45 days lapsed and my car was still not ready. Right, after the ups and downs, the panel beaters finally "concluded" the repairs which I wasn't happy with. A few kilometers after collecting the car, I could feel there was something not right with but didntyoay much attention to it since I assumed it could be that I haven't driven it for a while. The loss of power and the late gear engagement became apparent and Immediately contacted the panel beaters who subsequently contacted the insurance. To cut the story shot, my car was collected from me for diagnosis on the 26th of July 2023, to date the car hasn't been attended to. They have stopped communicating with me.
