My car hyundai I10 was written off after the accident andim told i did not declare that my daughter was a regular driver yet when i joined the insurance i told them the car was for my daughter but because she is not used to manual ill write myself as a regular driver .unfortunately after a yearandhalf i forgot to change the name of the driver then my daughter got an accident, miway did not pay. and now im still paying for the car that is standing in the garage.
