My car gave me issues while I was on my way home and it was dark so I had to stop on the side of the road. I called the emergency contact number and Nkhensani was absolutely amazing. She managed to calm me down when I was panicking. I really what she did for me. I also appreciate how MiWay came through for me so quickly and ensured that I was safe by sending security to keep company and safe while waiting for the tow truck. They kept me updated about the whereabouts of the tow truck and the security. I didn’t feel alone at all.
