My car broke down this morning, so I logged onto the MiWay app and logged a ticket for roadside assistance. Within seconds Jimmy Erasmus called me and handled my request with the utmost professionalism. The town truck driver called me within minutes and arranged to pick my car up from the mall. He he town truck driver was amazing! He towed my car to my house, he was friendly and professional. Jimmy Erasmus called be back to make sure that my car was home and to confirm that everything was okay. Jimmy is a very friendly and caring person, and I would like to give home a big thank you for making my experience this morning seamless. Well done MiWay team !!
