My car broke down on my way to a wedding

On Friday the 25th of September I had been on my way to a wedding. The wedding was in Bronkhorspruit and I reside in Johannesburg South. My cars cambelt snapped just before the N4 turn off Emahlalheni and I contacted MIWAY for a towtruck to tow me home or to the wedding. The service I received was pathetic as I had to keep on phoning back and wasting my airtime as every call centre agent I spoke to said they would call back and they never did. I was trying to make it to the wedding but because of the bad service, I only arrived after the ceremony. The radius between where they towed me from to the wedding was + - 19 kms, I STILL HAD TO PAY R306.00 out of my own pocket and ended up spending another R1 800.00 to have the car towed home the next day. I just want to say how dissapointed I am, I always thought of MIWAY highly but now I think they are the worst thing that has ever happened to me. They have left a sour taste in my mouth and I am currently looking for new insurance. Whatever you do think twice before taking insurance out with these people, pay a higher premium somewhere else you will save money in the long run!!
