My car broke down

My car broke down. I logged the breakdown on the app, immediately I got a call to confirm my details and they logged it with a tow company. Within 10 minutes the tow truck driver arrived. Patrick was polite, friendly and helpful. A bad experience- breaking down, turned into a not so bad experience with the help of Miway
