My car battery died

My car battery died. I used the MiWay app. Requested assistance and Phatudi Mphahlele assisted me, so friendly and reassuring that everything is okay and showing concern over my wellbeing. They towtruck guy Arno was with me in abt 10 min. Connected everything up and started my car. So greatful for the assistance. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Thank you
