<p>On the 13/05/16 I I was involved in an accident, they wrote-off my car the said dure to the cost of reparing its more than the value of the car and it said how ever the car is repairable. On the 21/05/16 I called them to get clearity I spoke a friendli lady by the name of Precious Ramokgopa said, im going to get the car and the money. Said im insured under retail value which is R48800 and I have 6 months to think about what I need to'do I keep the or not. I went to look for other quotetion which I only got it today. Yesterday I got an email from Miway saying ur claim has been aproved call Luvhu urgently, when I called she said we r paying you car off an we are keeping it we going to give u R39000 and some change I said thats not the information that I was give. She said if I want to keep my car Miway is going to keep R25000 for savage ehen I ask what is that she said its the money that they were gonna get in short when they sell it. I told them to go to their recordings. The balance left on that car is R3200 Miway want to gain with my car that I have been paying it for past 6 year they just want to take. Since yesterday I have been having anxiety attack and my BP is sky high. I want them to call me and resolve this thing.</p>
