I had a pleasant phone call with Maduvha. He spoke very well and explained everything very thoroughly.

He didn't try to make feel awkward for cancelling my policy but instead made me feel free to come back should I not have a good experience with the insurance company. You have a gem right there, please give him a salary increase while you"re at it.
