My cancelation was delayed because I couldn't speak to Bongekile during working hours, no message was sent to her to inform her that I requested to be contacted at 12h30 hence only 4 stars
My cancelation was delayed because I couldn't speak to Bongekile during working hours, no message was sent to her to inform her that I requested to be contacted at 12h30 hence only 4 stars. Bongekile quickly assisted me and ensured that my double premium will be refunded to me.
