My bad experience with miway insurance

I change my home content insurance to miway insurance thinking that i will get a better service but no.Because we are facing this issue of load shedding now everything that you will clam they will have to blame power sarge. I clam for my tv i explain to them what happen to my tv.i even have the surge safe power protector but they are telling me its not 100% yes i know but i believe that even though its not 100,% it was supposed to be burn/damage first am very disappointed.i think they are choosing that because i ensure even power surge and they know that the access its to much so i wont have anything it will benefit them.
