My friends have told me horrible stories about the hustle and difficulties you have to sit with when you have to claim from car insurances and how impossible they become. My experience was different. My case was solved without any hustle. logged my claim same day incident happened (hijacked). Carline was assigned to investigate my claim(C***). She was understanding, helpful and approachable, I mean I would call her after hours and she was always there to assist. Thank my lady.
